Nathalie is a skilled coach, mentor, trainer and facilitator that specializes in helping people thrive. She is devoted to the success of her clients and will not hesitate to challenge them as needed.
Nathalie has been an Associate Coach with MTHS since 2017 and is the creator and facilitator of the MTHS - Trauma Informed Coaching Basics course (TICB). And now, she is thrilled to join the team of mentor coaches that will support the MTHS - Mentor Bundle.
Nathalie is a registered ICF mentor who loves working with new coaches. As a mentor, she not only helps coaches fine tune their coaching skills and understanding of ICF core competencies but she also offers them the opportunity to address any personal beliefs or issues that may impact how to show up as a coach.
In her own business, Nathalie serves various type of clients from large private sector corporations and from the Canadian federal government by offering them leadership training, group and team coaching, executive coaching and training on various mental health subjects. She also dedicates some time for one-to-one coaching clients and for mentoring new and experienced coaches from various coaching schools.
Nathalie’s coaching approach is very focused on helping people gain insight and understanding around their innate wellbeing by addressing internal misunderstandings that perpetuate their personal struggles. Laura Spiegel is the principal of BodyMind Interactive (founded in 2009) offering counselling, coaching, and somatic therapy services.
Laura holds a Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology and is both a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors and a Canadian Certified Counsellor with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association.

Driven by a passion for personal and human potential development, Isabelle completed the Arts and Science of Coaching with Erickson College in 2004 and, with advanced coaching studies in 2012, earned accreditation as a Professional Certified Coach with International Coach Federation since 2014. Building on her interest for working with people in life transitions, Isabelle researched and wrote about the challenges and opportunities of midlife which resulted in the publication of her book: Living Forward, Giving Back: A Practical Guide to Fulfillment in Midlife and Beyond. With the intent to support retiring professionals to proactively create a fulfilling re-engagement, Isabelle completed a certification as a Retirement Coach with Retirement Options based in the U.S.
For the past ten years, she has worked with individuals, groups and couples, coast to coast, supporting them to navigate work/life transitions, such as career change, business start-up, relationship challenges and retirement. Following a recent certification as a Relational Somatic Trauma Therapy practitioner, Isabelle has also been working with people who have experienced trauma, grief and traumatic stress; helping them to integrate and heal as well as regain more vitality and move forward with joy.
Expanding her passion for development into organizational development, Isabelle completed a graduate level Certificate in Authentic Leadership at Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado in 2005. She also initiated and co-authored an award-winning anthology entitled: Einstein’s Business: Engaging Soul, Imagination, and Excellence in the Workplace. As a member of the B.C. association of Human Resources Professionals, Isabelle is a regular contributor to their quarterly magazine PeopleTalk.

Guide began his coaching career in Los Angeles in 2008. He joined ECI in 2009 launching The Art & Science of Coaching in LA as a “Fast-Track Program”, now adopted internationally by Erickson. Guide teaches onsite and online facilitating Modules I to IV and Erickson’s NLP Practitioner Certification. He began facilitating in 2010. Prior to coaching, Guide ran a successful photography business in his home city, moving to Rome and Milan to pursue Acting and then on to LA.
A 2nd Dan Aikido Master, his martial art practice spurred early connections to meditation, human development and spiritual evolution, and later to studies of Onto-psychology at the Pescara Center of Phenomenological Psychology. Scholar of Noetic sciences and mindfulness, he’s known for a fun, clear and entertaining approach to Mentoring, Coaching and Facilitation. Owner of White Eagle Coaching, he likes working with Creative professionals as well as people impacted by Trauma and/or Early Family History. With a passion for philosophy and politics, he focuses on organic leadership, existential philosophy, life purpose and legacy.
