Kamal Chaballout
Facilitator Assistant |
Kamal Chaballout, PCC
Transformational Coach Training Trauma-Informed Coach Bilingual – English and Arabic Kamal loves coaching because it’s a means to discover the “Why!” that motivate us to move forward with confidence and strength. There are two main reasons that drove him to become a coach, the first is internal where he loves to support others and ensure they get the best opportunity. The second is because he noticed a huge gap in many industries that coaching is able to fill with the mindset and tools it provides. Kamal worked as an independent Relationship coach, as well, where he provided a confidential, supportive setting for those wanting to explore how to create healthy relationships. His coaching style is a mix of fun and seriousness with a dash of humor and a pinch of provocativeness in a safe and inclusive space to give space for exploration and creativity when dealing with challenging topics and/or emotions. Kamal worked with a variety of different individuals and situations and was able to support them in grieving a lost love, breaking free from co-dependent behavior, getting out of toxic relationships, reconnecting family member, reconnecting partners, and individuals with themselves especially those not conforming to societal roles.
